Back pain
Back pain is an epidemic quite often caused by postural issues. A pilates routine will be planned to strengthen core support for the back, teach good alignment, and provide gentle but effective stretches to release tight back muscles.

Rounded Shoulders
Rounded shoulders are characterized by an exaggerated curvature of the upper back. Direct consequences of rounded shoulders include back and neck pain if left untreated.  With specific pilates routines, you will stretch tight muscles and strengthen the weak muscles with the goal of regaining proper alignment.
